Edinburgh Longer Class or Visit Program
________________________________________________________

The Class or Visit Program is great for universities that want to add an Edinburgh option on to an existing London program, or for universities that want to create a class, or just visit the Edinburgh Fringe.  (We have another page for longer classes or visits.)

• This package assumes everyone has arrived in Edinburgh from oversees or London already.
• Welcome Package - walking tour of Edinburgh, safety talk
• Central Housing (within walking distance from your venue and most other venues), so no transportation necessary
• 7 days to 12 days shared accommodation in Edinburgh for students with kitchens (twin or double depending on actual accommodation) priced for 2 people per room (ask for single up grade prices)
• 7 days to 12 days single room accommodation in Edinburgh for faculty (probably with kitchens) (1 faculty for each 12 students) (we may be able to accommodate spouses or similar, in same room for no additional cost - please ask)
• What is the Fringe? Lecture or History of Fringe lecture
• Edinburgh or Scotland History Lecture
• On-site staff throughout the visit to the festival
• 6 tickets to shows as a group 
• We help arrange workshops, lectures and networking events for your students and faculty
• A guided tours to Stirling or St. Andrews depending on your schedule and availability (ask us about other destinations)
• Visit the Edinburgh Castle
• Attendance to the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo at the Castle depending on your availability (if booking confirmed enough in advance)
• If you want to create a class or give class credit for the visit, we can help create a cohesive curriculum for your class, including specific lectures, workshops, and guest speakers.  We can also help you find space to meet as a class.

• $1,825 per student
• Visit Program includes 1 instructor free for each 12 students or more
• NOTE: This assumes everyone has already arrived in Edinburgh, so don't forget to add transportation costs from original destination.  (We can put you in touch with a travel agent that has done trips like this in the past.)

• $1,500 non-refundable overall program deposit
• $1,975 per student
• Visit Program includes 1 instructor for free for 7-12 students

3-6 Students

• $1,500 non-refundable overall program deposit 
• $2,200 per student
• Visit Program includes 1 instructor for free for 3-6 students
